The ‘Adobo’ Festival is an annual festivity celebrated by mainstream audiences of people from all walks of life. ‘Adobo’ is the Tagalog translation of marinated pork cooked with garlic, pepper, laurel leaves and concoction of soy sauce and vinegar. It is a well-known dish in the Filipino Community eaten with rice.

Festival founder and organizer, JS Camins Productions is a company with a proven track record in producing full packed Filipino Concerts in San Francisco and the greater Bay Area since 1998.

The ‘Adobo’ Festival stands unique among other festivities. As such, it is the only Fil-Am Festival that combines Filipino Food and Music as entertainment. To Cap it all, this is the only Fil-Am Festival reaching out to different communities. It started in the Peninsula (daly City) far-reaching the East Bay (Newark, Union City) and South Bay (San Jose) then Stockton, Sacramento, Vallejo, Milpitas and this year in returning to Vallejo and Union City.
